The Eva Braun House in Pobierowo is the former summer residence of the concubine and briefly wife of Adolf Hitler, Chancellor of the Third Reich. It is located in the western part of Pobierowo, surrounded by a dense forest and situated close to a cliff over the Baltic Sea.
This wooden house was built in the 1930s, and in the next decade became the residence of Eva Braun. During this period, the building was guarded by German soldiers. After the end of World War II, the building was abandoned and deteriorated, although it was occasionally supervised. There is no written evidence that Adolf Hitler ever visited it, but there is information that Hermann Göring, who lived in nearby Miedzywodzie, visited the nearby hydroplane base in Dziwnow.
Today the building remains abandoned and devastated, but nevertheless attracts attention as an unusual attraction in Pobierowo. Although it is not a tourist site, many people visit it out of curiosity.
